The 3 day course on WSET Sake Level 3 in Paris was absolutely useful. While we received already a very comprehensive text book and an excellent online course, having a face to face session was great. The emphasis on what to watch out for, how to answer exam questions, all the reasons behind why certain sake tastes in such way, why certain production method was used for fermentation, together with a huge selection of excellent Sake to taste, showcasing the whole range of anything from dry to sweet, simple to complex, sparkling to dessert sake (Kijoshu), it is an excellent course for anyone deepening their knowledge on sake.
Obviously having not only 1, but 4 excellent teachers (for just 3 students) was just too good to be true!
Time management was excellent, in great location and obviously the hospitality of Kei-san is something beyond expectation.
