2-day Online Course + 1-day In-person Tasting Session + Revision + Exam – with Textbook

• 2-day Online Course (via Microsoft Teams): Sunday, August 31 & Monday, September 1, 2025 (9:30–17:00)
• 1-day In-person Tasting Session: Saturday, September 13, 2025
• 1-day In-person Revision Workshop: Sunday, October 12, 2025
• Exam: Monday, October 13, 2025

This plan includes a 2-day online course via Microsoft Teams, followed by a one-day in-person tasting session and a one-day in-person revision workshop. The revision workshop includes a comprehensive review of the Theory & Tasting section and a Mock Test (Theory & Blind Tasting). The plan also includes the exam fee and textbook.

Exam Components:

1. Written Test: Approx. 100 multiple-choice questions (60 minutes)
2. Tasting Test: Blind tasting of 4 types of Japanese sake and 2 types of Honkaku shochu & Awamori (40 minutes)
3. Essay Test: Approx. 2 short-answer questions, around 200 characters each (20 minutes)
