Revision + Exam – with Textbook

1-day In-person Revision Workshop

Final Exam – In-person

• Date: Monday, October 13, 2025
• 12:30 – Reception
• 13:00 – 14:00 (60 minutes) – Written Exam
• 14:05 – 14:45 (40 minutes) – Tasting Exam
• 14:55 – 15:15 (20 minutes) – Short Essay Exam

This one-day plan includes a review of the Theory & Tasting section, a Mock Test, and the actual SAKE DIPLOMA INTERNATIONAL exam. It is designed to fully prepare you and allow you to take the certification exam on the same day.

Exam Components:

1. Written Test: Approx. 100 fill-in-the-blank questions (60 minutes)
2. Tasting Test: Blind tasting of 4 types of Japanese sake and 2 types of Honkaku shochu & Awamori (40 minutes)
3. Short Essay Test : 2 questions, around 200 words each (20 minutes)
