An advanced course for professionals working with sake as well as enthusiasts with good knowledge of the subject.

Upon completion you will be able to assess sakes accurately, and use this information and your understanding of sakes to make authoritative recommendations.

A proficiency knowledge of English is essential as the whole course and the examination will be in English.

One month before the start of the course, participants will have access to a self-study platform for the knowledge required as a pre-requisite to attend the course.

Successful candidates will receive a WSET® certificate and lapel pin and will be able to use the associated WSET® certified logo
